    Error code Sharp MX-C300W

    Has anyone ever seen an error code of "TD". Sharp tech support says it's not in the manual, and does not really have a good solution to the issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

      Have you seen the error code in person, or seen the 22-6 printout?
      The code might have been translated incorrectly to you.

          I did personally see the TD code on the display of the machine at customer's location. I pulled the waste toner collection container out of the machine and reseated it, and the code went away, I'm calling customer back this afternoon to see if they have had this code again (this is the 2nd time they have had this code). I'm trying to get as much info on this code as I can before I contact them again.
