sharp mx-m283n system setting disables prints from incoming faxs

I have a customer over 100 miles away and they have a sharp mx-m283 that has a message on the screen" system settings disables prints from incoming fax". i had the customer preform a sim 66-10 (fax image clear) and the message went away, i had him send my office a test fax which we recieved but moments later he called back saying the message reappeared. I havent heard of this message before any help would be appreciated.

check under paper tray settings to see if at least one tray is enabled for faxes.

thanks for the info, it was a tray setting. Without informing us they swapped 2 machines around and for some reason the newer machine had ledger in tray 1 and letter in tray 2 and the fax was set as tray 1 so it was a very easy fix, thanks.
