Sharp MX2640 error C1-14

Hi , just wondered if anyone had experienced this.

Error code C1-14 colour charge error.Also when the machine powers up and errors it leaves a thin film of yellow on the yellow drum.

All connections are good , all drums and devs have been swapped , the HV board and driver board have also been changed but still no difference.

The mc board is what they call the HV board which has been swapped already.
