    [Error Code] mx 5001n replace cyan developer unit

    I have a mx5001n that say replace cyan developer unit. Tried another unit and replaced developer and reset counter. Any thoughts Thanks

      Only time ive encountered that message is when tried to use a DV unit from Pastel II into the C-Jupiter II. Of course you can always make the swap just use original harness.
