[Error Code] MX2614 -E7-07 error

I have a machine which reports to us remotely that it has a E7-07 error but doesn't report it on the machine itself and the customer is happily using the machine oblivious to the error.

I'm just concerned as it might turn into something a bit more serious?

Anyone seen this?

apologies for delay in replying, you probably have sortd this now. but No the MX2314 & 2614 SD cards are not the same

If you look on Tradenet you will find that they are all diferent as they control the boot up procedure amongst other things.
They have changed the manufacturer of the sd card i only presume that this is because they are too flakey,
the new part number is VHIOMFP00143C this is the correct one for your machine.
