    sadle-staple heavy1 on MX6070

Is it really not possible to sadle-staple Heavy1 paper?

With some kind of workaround in the Sims?

Tried adding a papertype (120g/m, enable staples) in the service_login, but no luck. Staples are disabled when you hit Save.

The folding after stapling is what limits the saddle stitch - not sure of the max weight limit.

Generally only one heavy page can be stapled and folded, the rest of the pages have to be 90g/m2 or less.

You can cheat the machine into printing onto heavier paper, by putting it through as plain, but it is out of spec.

The FN29 can do a 15 sheet booklet, with the front cover being 220g/m2 max.
The FN31 can do a 20 sheet booklet, with the front cover being 256g/m2 max.

Anything more, and you may have to look into getting a dedicated booklet maker.

It works when i say its normal paper, but the machine prints so fast, it jams from time to time, because its heavy paper...

If i could only make it print a little slower on that tray, my problem would be fixed...
