[Jamming] MX6070 POD3_N with MX-TR19

Anyone else has this problem?

Brand new MX6070 jams a lot (POD3_N) when printing on the MX-TR19 exit tray.

Machine has the FN29, but when printing on TR19, that doesnt even matter i think...

Latest firmware, jams 2 or 3 times a day.

does it just stop or does it crash into something?

i found the foam is too thick under the gate (the noise reducing foam) and the solenoid cant pull the gate up far enough to get the paper in duplex if that helps?
