Hey kids...
I have a slight puzzler. I'm working on a refurb of an MX-B402SC, and everything works like a champ on it, EXCEPT for duplexing!! The first document APPEARS to reach the first sensor in the right side door, but it almost seems like the drive never engages...and stops cold!! There's no damage to the lead edge of the paper. It almost seems like in the turnaround area, there's too much pressure on the paper coming out and the duplex rollers don't pull the page quickly enough!
...I've checked for any obstruction, idler rollers out of position/stuck, dirty feed rollers, loose drive belts, etc. I've not seen anything that jumps out at me as to why it's is acting like this.
Open to all suggestions....
Thanks in advance.
