    Hello,

    Can someone tell me how i get access to this site?

    Login

    Is this American? And can i, as a Belgian/European dealer get access to this site?

    To be able to search for an error code and get tips about this specific jam/error would be such a big help!

    The only site we get is the "partnernet" site where you can find technical reports, firmware, parts guides and such.

    But nothing on problems or problemsolving.

    You have to contact Sharp for access and you must be a Sharp dealership.

      Sent the site to our contacts with Sharp, havent heard from them since...

      I'm guessing this is an american-only site...

        I do believe this is an American site. Do you have a Sharp regional rep that you can ask? Here in the US we are assigned Sharp regional reps that provide support assistance if we have escalated a problem to the point tech support has even exhausted ideas. These reps can give you the info you would need to access the Sharp site.

          Just asked our technical product specialist (the guy we here if the support desk cant find an answer), we can't get access to the site because its American and they want to keep our support European

              North America uses IDNC, I believe they use Sharpnet across the pond.....
