Hoping someone can shed some light on this
Machine is booting up with code straight away. I Have changed the fan and also the harness. one strange thing ive noticed is that in sim 30, main unit sensor check, 3 paper sensors are staying on. DSBD1,POD, and PO1ND. I found this very strange when added to the fact that my L4-48 code hasnt cleared by changing parts. Can anyone offer any reason for this or indeed what direction i should take next?

I know PCU is obvious next move but was hoping somene might have a definite answer.

SIM 6-2 to check the operation of the fan motor

There are 2 fan motor for ADU section paper cooling !!!

I have changed both both fans and indeed checked all fans in the general area, all appear okay.

Have also changed the PCU pwb and reflashed the firmware but still no joy

Check your power supply you could be missing some voltages that supply power to the fans and sensors

Hey Ditchman, what harnass did you replace, I'm having the same problem. Was it DHAI-4095FCPZ?
