Automatically print cover sheet with just filename

I am in a pcounter environment with a sharp MX-5112. One particular user prints hundreds of letters each day (from pdf's)and wants a cover sheet for each with just the file name on.

In the driver you can produce a seperator sheet with everything but the filename - not an option

In pcounter you can add a banner page with the file name but it does it for all documents/users not just this one user - others use the device. - not an option.

Any ideas?

I am thinking abode with a java script? Any ideads? Not used it myself.
