Admin password reset Sharp Mx-m363

I have a copier that the last customer reset the admin password. Can someone please tell how to reset it back ?
Sharp mx-m363n. Thanks please help , I need to deliver in morning.

Did you try sim 24-30?

When I started servicing copiers they used toaster ovens for fusers.....I'm old
