I know how to get to the reports for sharp, for kyocera, for konica... but not sure where to go to get the reports for sharp... I can get into service mode... just need to know which simulation to use to print out the reports...

You may want Sim 26-6 Used to print information on various settings, adjustments, counters, controls, and versions.

23-2 will print jam codes (good report along with the 22-6).

For warranty, Sharp will always want 23-2 and 22-6 printouts. Sometimes, they will ask for the Job and System logs on higher level issues. The sheet that come in the warranty box usually indicates what Sharp will need.
