FNS101_S - FN22 - MX-6240N

Goes to do 2nd staple set and on the first page of 2nd staple set it jams at finisher exit with a z-folded style jam. Jam code is FNS101_S. Any ideas?

Tech found broken part #0cwfc93369001. Have ordered so will update if it fixes issue.

Did that part end up fixing your issue?? We have a machine throwing the same code.

Must have. It was the only part installed along with disassembly to clean rollers and paper path.
