    [Misc] very light copies

    I have a sharp AR5518 with very light copies I changed the developer and cleaned the mirrors but still copies are coming out fenty what could be the problem

      Have you checked the laser unit?

          How old is the PCU/drum? Is the paper damp or old, toner will not adhere to damp paper as well as fresh paper. Are internal prints or print jobs ok?

              what do the internal prints from the copier ( config... counter page ect... ) look like?

              what is the life count on the drum and other components
