is there a way to have an identifying sheet printed each time a print job is sent to the MFP... so, if 3 people each sent a job to be printed, there would be 3 jobs at the MFP with 3 identifying sheets indicating who sent each job?... thanks for the help... I'm already aware of "JOB LOG"...

Have each person build a separator page on their PC and save it.

Go the the printer driver properties under the advanced tab and select separator page button.

They can then browse their computer for the separator page they built.

I believe that if you select apply after you make your changes the separator page will print for all print jobs.

Yes, it in the the System Settings, something to the effect of use banner printing.
This is not the long "banner" like for a birthday or retirement party.
