OK, I know these machines are prone to problems with the SD Cards and Sharp have made this data available now for writing of blank cards. My question is does anyone know why this is happening? I have one machine in particular which we have replaced the SD card now 4 times!! If I bought a Hard disk kit and fitted it, would this stop the SD card from Failing?

I believe......(based on nothing more than what I've seen).....
1. the quality of SD cards originally used by Sharp were sub par
2. Customer turning off power with main switch and not using the op panel on off -

I had this problem twice this month, both times the machine was plugged into a gang socket and had other equipment using the same line,
