Got a call from a customer to find that this machine after switching on the power button, only displays a power on light flashing, nothing else is displayed. Any one can help please! Machine is Sharp DX-2500N

In other words this machine fails to boot, could it be the HDD failure!?? Is the come with pre installed program!!??

1) DC power supply failure
2) SD CARD CORRUPTED.

Thanks for your reply, this machine as i checked has no program SD card instead it has 280 gb HDD. I just need to be sure if this hard drive come with program pre installed?

hi this machine has an sd card that is changed when the hard drive and printer pwb opinion MX-EB17 (PRODUCTIVITY KIT) is added please check that the correct sd card is installed on the MFP pwb. this machine does not come with hard drive as standard.
