    sharp mx 2600n, display frozen

    I have a customer with a mx2600. You turn on and the sharp logo just spin longer than normal. after a minute display come up. but you cant do anything. no please wait or ready. I tried new memory no luck. replaced mfp board no luck. thinking hard drive or program chip is bad. Any thoughts would be helpful. I know you have to get program chip from sharp so they can program the chip. I believe its the rom chip. thanks

              Have you found a fix for your problem, if not try this.
              Try unhooking the cable to the slide out keyboard, if machine starts up and works OK then the USB board under the keyboard is bad, part CPWBN1833FCE1
