Scan to folder error MXM503n

Hello !

I have a client (using an MXM503n) that went from 2008 server to 2012 server and since then the scan to folder stoped working. I assume it's must be related to security.
I'm running the latest version of Firmware (0304j3) and wondering if there would be a softsw that can be tweak to fix that. Or best, a setting on 2012 server to allow the scan from an older MFP.

First: Network and Sharing Center> Local Area Connection> Properties> TCP/IPv4> Properties> Advanced> WINS Tab> Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.

Windows Firewall: Advanced Settings > Inbound Rules> make sure all the File and Printer sharing settings are configured to "Allow".

I've had to do this to several machines, going back to Windows 7.
