Faxes not coming through on only two area codes

Hi Guys,

I have a customer with two different machines (MX-M450 & AR-M350) and two different locations that send and receive faxes just fine....except for two area code. 844 & 925.

What am I missing?

This is probably too simple to be the problem, but some area codes you have to put a 1 in front of them.
