    Thanks guys.. it was the shutter who has a problem. The solenoid is bad enough for the shutter not to open. So i just changed the solenoid and all good.

    Have you tried updating or re-flashing the firmware?
    You say you're getting blank pages. So the mfp is not jamming anymore or is it still printing blank pages and jamming at the POD1 sensor?

    With this model I've had to disconnect the mother PWB and PCU PWB, reseat all connections for a similar problem. good luck

    i'd clean the contacts for ALL colors on TBelt... if you do a stop print is there image on the drums?

    There is a solenoid that opens the shutters. That solenoid is probably bad. You can test it with Sim 6-1, LSUSS.

    i didnt say that there is no toner.. toners is new and Genuine, all of them... i will check about that shutter test when we got there today.

    You say there's no toner on the drums? Sounds to me like your shutter solenoid is not opening. How did you test to see if the shutters open all the way? Remove the black shutter temporarily and see if you get image.

    On top on the drums in the transfer unit. The power supply will be in the back of the machine in about the middle of the machine.

    also check the black developer unit for developer in case you were having dv pull. Did you try color copies and see if there was any color ?
