Sharp mx-B402 scan to folder

Hello everyone, I'm having problems with scan to network folder. I downloaded and installed the special firmware. I did it through simulation 49 - 1 I checked the firmware version it does get changed,but it's not the fix. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

Please provide OS your scanning to IE windows 10 , Windows server? etc.... and path
are you using HOST name or IP address use the hard ipaddress
