    mx- m503n dumping toner

Meter at 252K. Toner rapidly dumps on front edge near auger ilosest to waste toner. With dumping issue have changed DV, drum, blade, Charge. Checked seals. Waste Auger funtioning OK. Noted DV calibrated at 102 (seemed low) but didn't throw code.
When clean up spill. :-( Then within 20 copies, toner all down into paper trays cleaning various areas dumped - maybe several tablespoons toner.

Seems possible electrical but then not certain then why dumping only one edge and "pulling so much toner in short time.

Really could use some help on this one!
    TIA !!!!!

I have seen process unit and developer unit cause this. I would change both as a pair.

I had a MXM453 that would puke waste toner down the front of the copier. Running the machine in 25-1 with the front door open and waste toner out i could see the bushings that hold the augers moving back and forth on the drum frame. I replaced the process unit and the next PM it was leaking again. I took grease and put a thin layer around the bushings and shafts to basically plug it up and i never had a problem again on that machine. It came out with 1.7 million on it and i still rent it today.
