Hi, i am having trouble when doing storage backup and device cloning. From Chrome and edge it gives me error Failed - Network error, but on Firefox it works normal. Is there any settings i could do on Chrome to fix this. It is very annoying when doing this at customers who dont have Firefox installed on PC.

It's designed to be used with internet explorer, not Edge. Use internet explorer.

I tried on Internet Explorer, still no success. Gives me error. Tried it with many customers, solution is always install Firefox. Problem is when i dont have rights to install.Comment

On most of the newer machines you can use a USB drive and do these operations at the copier.Comment

It's because most new browser now treat almost all site as non-secure unless it uses https and has a valid cert. Chrome is deeply involved in the development of this new feature. However, IE should have no problem getting the files. As long as you don't use InPrivate mode. Also, there's a general misunderstanding that MS Edge = MS IE. Their icons looks the same but they work differently. Make sure you are actually using IE and not Edge when trying to perform the backup.Comment

If your PC is Windows 10, you almost certainly have Edge....
