I have problem with a fn19 finisher installed on a 7580, the issue is when they staple or offset sets of copies it will intermittently fold a sheet over as it's being feed out but hasn't reversed into the staging area, has anyone seen this before? I cannot figure out what is causing it, my guess is it's hanging up on something but can't find anything in there's no blemishes on the paper lead Edge. Thanks in advance.
