As the shop tech, I saw many machines (Sharp's) that were returned to leasing companies.
I would access the web page and clear all system settings; I would also clear printer, document storage, and fax memories through sims, and reset NIC. That should get rid of all customer's information. As a last resort, do a HDD format, or replacement. Newer machines (within 2 years, I can't tell you), retirement is GREAT!
If it shows emergency update, it most likely has the DSK installed.
