sharp mx2600n code e7-60

customer had bad hard drive. replaced and loaded new firmware. and reboot code came up. replaced mfp board and no different. Replaced hard drive again and machine goes to emergency update. try to reload firmware and machine same model not match. I got the firmware from sharp and it said mx2600n. the machine does not have security. any thoughts thanks

Did you follow the instructions carefully per bulletin TT-20095 for the MX-2600?

You have to back up previous data, as well as transfer some eeproms. As well as make sure the printer memory, Flash Rom, and Local memory card are placed in the correct places.... There are quite a few steps.
