just need to know if anyone knows which firmware is needed for a sharp mx2700n with the data security kit installed. Thanks

If you print out a 22-6 it will tell you which data security kit is installed on the machine, that is the firmware you need.

I don't have a manual on that machine so I can't tell you which kit is on it.

cant pull a report from machine. Someone removed hard drive. I replaced. comes up with code. I can go into machine 22-10 and see the security is there. I tried before I know it had the security installed to upload firmware and machine say wrong model. Thanks

Look at the label on the EPROMs on the main pwb, it will tell the DSK model.
