[Electrical] Sharp MX-M364N Please Wait When Scan/Copy

I Have a Sharp MX-M364. Had an issue with the LCD touch panel (Blank). I replaced the LCD and had to replace the Scanner Controller PCB. to get machine back up and running. Now Machine Prints Scans and LCD is in working condition. Only Issue I have is when the Client Try to make a copy or scan 11x17 and change the ratio to 64% to fit on LTR the Machine says document being scanned and nothing happens. when they try to cancel it says please wait then locks up. Client has to turn off machine and back on to get it out of this state. I Upgraded Firmware same issue. Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

This issues didn't happen until I replaced the Scanner Controller PWB. I may take a SD Card. What do you think?

Machine Fixed. It was actually the Scanner Ribbon Cable. As I replicate the Problem I seen as the scanner would scan it sounded like a thump noise. I took out the Platen Glass and seen that the ribbon cable had got caught on the metal cover. I slacken up and rest ok. All is well thanks for your help greatly appreciated.
