MX2610 will ping but wont print.

I've a customer with a MX2610 in a household office.

There is one PC. It wirelessly connects to a router.

Due to the location of router and mfp I have the mfp connected directly to the PC via crossover.

I've both network cards configured and it had been printing and scanning to sharpdesk.

Now it will scan and ping but not print.

I connected a laptop via same cable and it will print fine.

Any ideas?
