    Sharp M3050 E7-14 Intermittent Error

    New Machine installed a few months ago.
    Total meter : 15K

    Error popped up recently twice and cleared by customer by power cycling.

    Error cleared on arrival.

    Checked CCD flat cable, contacts, and connection.
    Ran Sim 01-05 Scanner Check Continuous for all DPI settings and all seems fine with scanner.

    Firmware loaded:
    ICU MAIN 06.50.K1.00
    ICU BIOS 01.02.Z1.00
    SCU 05.00.Z1.00

    Is there a newer version to firmware?

    Any tips, thanks so much!

      The firmware is on v7 now, and contains some important fixes and improvements.
      But I could not see anything relating to E7-14 mentioned in the release notes.

      It's still recommended to update though.

          E7-14 can be tied back to faulty mSata SSDs.
