Sharp MX6050N backup stored PDF to PC hard disk not allowed?

We have a Sharp MX6050N (leased) that I have performed several "scan to HD" with (digitize older owner's manuals that don't exist on the Internet).
Anyway, I scanned a large color manual today and it won't give me a "Download" button. It says the file size is ~1GB... I tried the email option but of course our Internet service provider doesn't allow sending files that large. I can back it up as a "bin" file but how would that help me? I need a PDF. Does any one have any ideas how to get my scanned manual off of this Sharp? Thanks!
