[Error Code] 6070 F2 errors

Let me start by saying that these pheonix and griffin machines are piles of garbage. Nothing but problems with damn near all them I have in the field. This specific issue is new to me. It started with a f2-64 error. When i got there the black developer was packed with toner and the 25-1 readings were way off. so I changed the TD sensor, added new developer and changed out the toner cartridge just to be safe. a week later its back, DV packed with toner and machine asking to replace the black toner. I call sharp and the wonderful tech support assured me its the middle toner hopper. when I asked what exactly happens to the hopper he said its a mechanical issue and that replacing it would solve my issues. I get the hopper and sensor, put it in, replace the black developer again. A week later, its back again. same exact problem as the 2 times before only this time I see a F2-67 in the trouble log as well. I check the yellow developer and the same exact issue is now going on with yellow. I order 4 new hoppers and sensors, add fresh DV for all four colors and replace all the toner cartridges. One week later, you guessed it, but now its F2-64, F2-65 and F2-67. Am I missing something here?

Had a similar issue with on a heavily used MX-6070N (F2-67). First inspected the hopper exit & cleared it of toner, then cleaned up the interior of machine & Yellow DV unit. Code came back the next week & then I replaced the TD sensor. Error code popped the next week & we replaced the whole DV unit. Knock on wood but it's been over a month & a half with no issues.
