MX 365 user control trouble

Customer has a user group set up and it has page limit set for 60 copies. They say that users will get stopped out sometimes after 5or6 copies. I looked at the settings and I dont see anything that should cause this.I added myself to this list and I could not get it to do the problem. Seeing if anyone might have any insight on this problem. Thanks

I did not see this firsthand. I added myself to the user list,same group and all settings as all the rest and I could not make it stop short of the page limit.

How is the machine set to click pages?
For example, a double sided ledger copy will click as 4 pages on most boxes. 10 double sided LDG = 40 pages.
The page limit is pretty straight forward under user control, you can remove it all together to troubleshoot further.
You can also pull the job log to see exactly what is going on....

.I will look into the clicks Mojorolla. I didnt think about that. I know they dont have 11x17 in any of the drawers but the copy limit is pretty low at 60 pages per month. One thing though is now she is saying that it is happening with macs only it seems. Ill see if I can correlate that to anything.
