    [Misc] LDAP dissabling document filing

We have a customer that visualizes everything on the network, and just began implementing ldap. Im not a huge network guru, and after months of dealing with this and 4 machines later we are at a loss. We are having copiers fall off like flies, when it comes to document filing(mx-5001,mx-5141,mx-503). The data light will simply flash and the job gets deleted without being stored to the persons folder. the issue seems to randomly hit machines and at different locations of the customer. If their IT disables ldap. the document filing will work again. But they are adamant about needing ldap on. we have verified web settings, wiped out document filing multiple times and started over, updated firmware. replaced hard drive. even took a loaner machine (mx-5001) that was working fine on our network, and it worked for 2 days then started doing the same thing once on the customers network.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

Thier IT sayd they are using user authentication, he descriped it as one user to search active directory. user control is off on the mfp, as the customer does not want the mfp locked down. There is a b402 and a 5070 no more than 20 feet away that does not seem to have this issue, and as far as I know they are on the same virtual server/switch. I tried cloning the settings. however it did not seem to help.

Have you tried pulling a job log on the machine after it has failed to see if it would show what happen to the job.

Thanks for the help. we know its an issue with the data security however unchecking or checking all the boxes that would allow doc filing did not seem to help. we ended up swapping the unit out for a non data security mx-4070.
