    MX2640 slow touchscreen response.

SD Card had to be replaced a few months ago.

It was replaced with a branded class 10 card.

Now intermittently the touchscreen seems slow to respond. When tested in sim mode the touchscreen operates fine. Its like the mfp is running slow.

Firmware was reflashed after SD change

    Try hdd format.

I've seen this happen on one machine {to refurbish} where touch response was horrible. I had to My sup' troubleshot the mfp. Think it was a 2640. I thought maybe it was the touch panel, but he said it was the hdd.

As soon as the new hdd installed, the machine worked perfectly.

Since i wasn't there for the troubleshooting process can't tell you why or how the reasoning came about.

Had a MX4141 display lagging and clearing out the job log in the web interface solved it.

had this a few times, normally formatting the HDD indeed solves the issue.
