[Misc] MX-3100 Stored documents password protected and can't delete

This customer has documents stored in document box the when you highlight asks for a password. This was left by an employee that was fired. I tried to do an image clear and that did not have an effect. Been all through the manual and can't find the answer. Thanks so much for any help !!!

Try sim 62-11 to delete document filing data. Be aware that this will delete all of the documents. I would recommend to print out the ones you don't want deleted so you can rescan them back.

      Also you can.......
      1. login to web interface
      2. System settings
      3. Document Filing Settings...... once here in main window under Administrator Authority Setting..... select Delete File

This will give you ability to delete protected files when logged on an admin
