I am getting " the number of job log reached to the designated value" message on a MX-M503N. This is a busy mfp with several pc's printing and scanning to it, as well as, receiving and sending fax's, simultaneously, at times. Besides clearing the data with a 62-10, which I think may just be a temporary fix, as the issue may arise in the future. Would adding extra memory resolve the issue? Or are there other fixes to resolve this issue?

It's just an arbitrary number 60K I think for this machine. You can change the value in the web interface also can delete the job log from there as well. Won't cause any problems (normally) if you don't clear the log just get that annoying message periodically. I very rarely if ever clear this out....
