Sharp mx-m354 blank copies

initial call was f2-40, pulled all developer
replaced dv unit , dv, drum , blade and mc, now getting blank copies. also swapped side door and check all rear frame contacts/springs?

Has it sucked all the developer out again whilst running setup? If so possibly hv board?

Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
