    [Error Code] U2-41 error best solution so that the error Stop coming back...

    Hi everytime,

    What is the best way to solve the problem in U2-41,
    In one of our customer , their sharp copier color machine has
    indicating U2-41, I only reset the error code by simulation 16 to reset
    the code , then the machine is doing fine, i already done 2 Times
    but the problem keeps coming back, after 1 week the error code
    comes back..

          what does your service manual say is the cause of it?

          so you reset the code ( bandaid ) but WHAT is the ROOT of the error? did you clean anything.. install anything?

          BUT MOST OF ALL.... what MODEL # are you working on?

              I would try to format the HDD apart from the system and see how that goes with sim 62-8 if that does not work you will have to replace the HDD

                  Thank you for your inputs i will try to reformat the hdd or change the hdd..
                  The model of machine is mx 5112 sir.. Thanks again..
