    MX-3640 Calibration issues

We had a 3640 that got smacked ( I suspect lightning but it had a surge supressor) We replaced multiple boards and even had to get Sharp to send us new PROMS. Now the unit wont allow us to calibrate via 50-22. We get a code of DATA_SUB_Y_F_HEAD 40 or the same code with but with M_F_30. We replaced all developers calibrated them then replaced Main transfer belt and replaced drums. Note drums were from another machine but were functional. I noticed the Transfer belt was dirty with yellow toner and the yellow drum had yellow toner on it as well. I have since set 50-20 to default settings but yellow looks pushed off to the side on the pattern when I execute. Any help is appreciated..

In 50-20 I would adjust the settings for Y till it got close to alignment. 50-22 should then be able to take over again. maybe also it is a bad y drum.

I think we found the problem one of the boards replaced was the HVPS. the Tech that swapped the board left one screw off which allowed the yellow connector to not connect properly. Yellow DV kept sucking DV out making Yellow drum and Transfer to dirty to calibrate. Thanks to all who responded.

Try setting 50-10 BK Mag to 100.
