Setting up user accounts on an MX-2640

Hi I am setting up user accounts on a MX-2640 , The copier will not allow me to scan unless I sign in as an administrator. if i push the hdd file retrieve the buttons are blank.

If i sign in as administrator the buttons are what they should be. I think that the user has full rights under their authority group.

Double check "Authority Groups"

Something in the rights of the User vs. the Admin

Hi I have enabled everything that I can find, I know that I am missing something. I think that i have enabled everything on the list.

Create a new "Authority Group"

"Select the Group Name to be the Registration Model"....... use drop down to select ADMIN


Under "Users" change his/her Authority Group the the newly create group. Does it work now?
