Sharp MXM363N/MXM453N/MXM503N Main charge Recaptacle

There are issues with the Main Charge Receptacle (Holder) that mounts on the rear frame (cracks, arcing, causing dev to deplete, light copies...etc.) .

Has the part number changed or is there a bulletin regarding this issue because this old part number is no longer available PCOVP2277FCZZ

Any help with this would be great, thanks.

I don't see any bulletins regarding a part change and newest version of manual is dated 30apr12

If you are not a Sharp dealer and are looking at sharps web site a lot of parts are coming up as unavailable. When we have this happen we call our sharp part vendor and they can get them.
