[Misc] MX-4111N has yellow out put only

I have a MX-4111N that only puts yellow on copies/prints. If any other color is selected then it will output blank paper. Machine has nearly copy count of 1,000,000. I am leaning toward either a LSU unit or PCU-PWB.
What think you all?

I THINK you left out a lot of information regarding the problem.

1,000,000? what are the life counts on Drums/Devs etc? what have you done to it? Have you checked/cleaned contacts on consumables?

you really need to give us more information to work with.

I would check the LSU shutters to be sure they are opening correctly. I've had them stick once on a very similar machine, and only the Yellow shutter would open, all others would stay closed.

Indeed...had a few of these.

Best clean the solenoid which opens the shutters (sits behind the LSU-unit), remove all shutters and clean the machine.

Should be fine after that.

If i remember correctly there is a bulletin to remove the shutters.
