Sharp MX B355W Bypass Tray questions

Hello, I recently delivered a machine replacing a Canon machine with a new Sharp MX B355W machine. The only problem is that they need to be able to print a 9 x 12 size paper and as far as I can tell, the paper trays on the Sharp and even the bypass tray is limited to a 8 1/2 width. Is there anything I can do or is there any addon I can buy that can accomodate the customer's needs? Thanks!

Any suggestions or workarounds would really be appreciated.

You are out of luck with this machine. MAX paper size is 8-1/2 X 14 so no way is it possible to do 9 by 12 from what I can see in the brochure.
