We have a Sharp AR-M317 that is jamming from any tray when NOT duplexing with PPD2_ND. All of the feed tires appeared to be in good condition however we went through it and thoroughly cleaned all sensors and feed tires both replaceable and semi-permanent. Per the service manual PPD2-ND is DUPLEX sensor lead jam; however we are NOT doing 2-sided copies. Any ideas? Also, as always THANK YOU in advance (everyone here is simply the best).

Re: Sharp AR-M317 Jamming PPD2_ND
What is the frequency of jamming?
Does it happen every time?
Regardless of you doing duplex or not.....have you replaced and/or swapped that particular sensor to see if same problem exists.
If you disable misfeed detect, does paper exit normally? -
Re: Sharp AR-M317 Jamming PPD2_ND
It happens only when doing larger jobs (30-50+) and cleaned the sensor only. I would have to look into "disabling missfeed detect". Thank youIt does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop. –ConfuciusComment
