    [Jamming] Sharp AR-M317 Jamming PPD2_ND

We have a Sharp AR-M317 that is jamming from any tray when NOT duplexing with PPD2_ND. All of the feed tires appeared to be in good condition however we went through it and thoroughly cleaned all sensors and feed tires both replaceable and semi-permanent. Per the service manual PPD2-ND is DUPLEX sensor lead jam; however we are NOT doing 2-sided copies. Any ideas? Also, as always THANK YOU in advance (everyone here is simply the best).

What is the frequency of jamming?

    Does it happen every time?

Regardless of you doing duplex or not.....have you replaced and/or swapped that particular sensor to see if same problem exists.

If you disable misfeed detect, does paper exit normally?

It happens only when doing larger jobs (30-50+) and cleaned the sensor only. I would have to look into "disabling missfeed detect". Thank you
