[Jamming] Mx-m564n_paper jam when do offset sorting

Hi all,

Anyone have an experiance this situation before>

Machine is mxm564n with MX-FN10 (saddler finisher attached) when the customer using in offset sorting mode it jam at finisher but in non offset mode it work fine. There is no sign of paper particle inside the finisher. This customer far away in 5 hour to drive. so I need any clue what to do or what to bring along,
The customer give me this info so far.

It is caused by the guide on the front side not retracting when it goes to push the paper in the offset direction. You can tell if this is the case by the paper being crumpled at the exit when you get a jam. Caused by a pad underneath the guide that gets sticky. Just remove the pad and clean any stickyness off. The pad is just for a more silent operation not really necessary.
