    arm 5625 light copy

Customer had to make urgently copies and had no toner . He used some toner from sharp Ar m 270 .
Copies were light but i advice him to perform program 10 (toner motor) whitch adds toner . This works for some copies and made some good copies.
After some copies light copies again . Program 10 etc till that toner ended.
He used the normal toner now (compatible but till now worked perfect) and had the same problem again.
I replaced developer , executed 25-2 , cleared dev counter . But the same problem.
And had to execute program 10 again to have some good copies. Now good copies last less!
Any idea how to fix it?

      You can try this

remove the developer from your dv unit. cleans the magnetic roller unit until there is no dv stick on it. Polish the Mag rolller either with alcohol or any metal polisher.Normally we use the Brasso. Polish the roller until there is no more toner powder on it-You can wipe it with clean tissue, if there are no more black stick on the tissue it mean ok ( the mag roller must fully clean) After that put back your developer in the dv unit. For me this way always work. thanks
