    U6-10 on MX-4141n with MX-DE22

Have replaced clutches amongh other things and then tried the desk on a different machine with no issues. Upon returning the desk unit it threw the U6-10 code again. While the DE22 was in the shop we had a different model paper desk on the offending machine with no issues at any point.

    Any idea?

We have reloaded the latest firmware choosing to update all with the offending DE22 attached with no luck yesterday. But yes, thought it was worth a shot as well.

Does the tray Motor lift the paper up? If not i would replace that lift motor. You could take the motor off of a different desk unit to see if the fixes the issue. If the lift motor is working and lifting the paper i would check for a faulty sensor.

Had a Paper Deck on a MX4141 that, not sure of the Code but would not pass paper. Found out that the issue was the Innovolt had plugged into it the machine a the Water Cooler. Unplugged the Water Cooler and all was, and has been fine. I think it was in part the Water Cooler was causing low voltage to the MX4141. By the way, this was caught much by accident.
